Would you like to work in a dynamic team with legal matters in a complex and constantly changing environment? We are now looking for a Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel, to provide knowledge and expertise in corporate law and banking regulation.

About this opportunity

  • Advice relating to company and corporate law matters  
  • Assist with Finnish stock exchange and disclosure matters  
  • Regulatory matters relating to Nordea being a supervised entity
  • Advice management and other stakeholders as regards the above-mentioned matters

  • Strong sense of ownership and drive 
  • Ability to find or create right solutions to complex problems 
  • Master's degree in law 
  • Skilled lawyer with relevant legal working experience, preferably from top tier law firm and/or international organisations
  • Fluent in Finnish and English (both written and spoken) and good command of Swedish is a benefit (not a requirement)
  • Patience for complex assignments as well as day-to-day assignments
  • Knowledge and experience in working within the financial sector is an advantage
