Communications Specialist

We are looking for an ambitious Communications Specialist to join our Nordic Marketing & Communications team. You will work with both employee and external communications from our Espoo office in Leppävaara.

What you will get to work with

• Corporate branding and communications. You will empower all Enfonians to build the Enfo corporate brand and support Enfo management in corporate communications.
• Employer branding. You will drive engaging employee communications and support recruitment communications.
• Financial communications. You will produce interim and annual reports as well as other IR materials.
• PR. You will develop media relations in the Finnish market.
• Content production for Enfo’s internal and external channels. You will take responsibility for developing and coordinating social media activity.
• You will work in close collaboration with your communications and marketing colleagues at Nordic level, People operations, CFO office and Business Areas. In addition, you will work with and steer communications partners. Depending on your interests, the role can include focus on employee communications, IR and/or PR. 

What we appreciate

• An ambitious and positive attitude, curious mindset, accountability and commitment to work hands-on to get things done 
• A couple of years of work experience within corporate communications, including employee communications and/or financial communications and/or PR, from a communications agency or a private or listed company
• A suitable education from communications or related subjects
• Excellent writing skills in Finnish and English and an interest to produce inspiring contents in a variety of formats, Swedish is seen as an advantage
• Proven project management skills
• Passion to learn and make a difference and an interest in the IT field, background from the IT service sector is considered a plus
