Our key skill is automating and developing core business processes. Are you THE Business Architect for our Salesforce practice?

Our Salesforce team is helping leading Nordic customers in digitalizing customer experience and in creating solutions that connect back to front office value chain through Service management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Portal and custom solutions.

We are now looking for Salesforce Business Architect to work with our customers in defining the future target state, defining the solutions to deliver the vision and in leading the implementation of the technologies behind the change.

We are looking for a professional who has a rich combination of business experience and ability to translate business change into business technology applications primarily on Salesforce platform. You enjoy working with customers in defining the target state and in shaping the solution proposals. You are also capable of onboarding our delivery team and leading the implementation as a lead consultant.

To succeed in your work, we appreciate if you have following skills and capabilities:

  • Experience in CRM and CX solution delivery
  • Experience in consulting roles or project roles in customer organisations
  • Knowledge in (some of) the following Salesforce clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud and App Cloud
  • Experience in presales and solution architecture
  • Knowledge in general customer relationship management processes

We also expect excellent interaction, collaboration and communication (both in Finnish and in English) skills and ability to learn new technologies and processes. You are excited to discuss with customers about the processes, functions and their alternative solutions. You are a good listener and your way of working is both customer and solution oriented.
