There are actually two options because we are looking for two types of tech crackerjacks - one who enjoys chatting code and another who wants to talk biz. Regardless of your preference, we are looking for someone who is familiar with digital transformations and wants to be in a key role in our customers’ digitalization journeys.

In this role, you will be working with both ICT and business domains from developers to CxO’s. You will maintain, transform and create high-level enterprise IT architecture after understanding customers' business environment, plans, and strategy. Engaging with the business organization to establish and refine new initiatives into actionable plans and roadmaps will also be in on your plate.

You will be defining, together with the business, functions and project groups the business processes. You lead planning, analyzing, selecting and implementing new technologies, tools and applications. In addition, your support will be needed for the implementation of the designed architecture and govern solution so that they meet the current and future business demands.

Your experience and skillset

To succeed in this role you should have experience in transforming complex legacy solutions into modern digital services as well as experience in process development. In these situations, there is rarely a single solution and that’s where your innovative mind and ability to improvise come in handy.

Your excellent collaboration skills allow you to smoothly communicate with different stakeholders and your analytical and target driven mindset to achieve goals. You lead assignments effectively through your wide experience within various enterprise systems and common EA and software development frameworks.
