We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist at ABB Oy, Motors & Generators in Vaasa. In this position you will independently handle orders from ABB’s sales companies and ensure their technical and commercial correctness. The orders are mainly in English, Swedish, and Finnish. You will also handle order changes in co-operation with the project managers. Your responsibilities

Responding to customer inquiries efficiently with confidence and professionalism. Delivering effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue, eg, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, After-Sales. Ensuring a positive customer experience. Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas. Taking a responsibility for your own actions and work while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree preferably from relevant field. Good knowledge of SAP and Excel. Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English and Finnish. Knowledge of Swedish and German is beneficial. Excellent communication and social skills. Thorough and organized mindset. Problem solving skills and capability of managing large entities. The ability to make decisions independently is essential. We appreciate experience from similar duties.
