Welders Wanted in Kurikka

We are looking for welders for permanent employment with our client company in Kurikka. The need is significant and urgent, and work will begin promptly as soon as suitable candidates are found. Recruitment is carried out in cooperation between our client company and Wulff Works. Wulff Works will handle applications and any inquiries to centralize the workload.

The selected candidates will primarily work with MAG welding. We are looking for professionals with previous experience in welding. Depending on the position, the work will be carried out in either one or two shifts.

We expect applicants to have:

• previous experience in welding
• MAG welding skills
• the ability to read technical drawings
• the ability to follow safety and work instructions
• be at least 18 years old

Salary: Your salary will be at least €14.30/hour. The salary is based on job requirement group 6 or 7 under the collective agreement for the technology industry, plus a 6% individual pay component paid from the very beginning of employment.

In addition to the minimum salary, a production bonus system is in place. If you work in two shifts, you will also receive shift allowances in accordance with the collective agreement for the technology industry. The evening shift allowance is €1.35/hour. The estimated total average hourly earnings at the beginning of employment are approximately €15.00–€17.00/hour.
