Experienced Chef Wanted – Döner Kebab, Burgers & Lebanese Cuisine

Tortilla Corner Finland is looking for a skilled and experienced chef specialising in authentic Turkish döner kebab, premium burgers and traditional Lebanese cuisine.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have excellent knowledge of preparing authentic Lebanese hummus, Middle Eastern sauces and traditional kebab dishes.

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in developing new menu items and standardising recipes for our restaurant business.

Key Responsibilities

\* Prepare authentic chicken and beef döner kebab, including marinades, seasoning and roasting

\* Prepare high-quality burgers, patties and homemade sauces

\* Make authentic Lebanese hummus, tahini, garlic sauce and other traditional dips

\* Prepare Lebanese and Middle Eastern dishes

\* Develop and standardise recipes for restaurant operations

\* Maintain consistent food quality, presentation and portion control

\* Follow food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards

\* Assist with ingredient management and food cost control

Requirements

\* Previous professional experience preparing döner kebab, burgers and Lebanese cuisine

\* Strong knowledge of authentic hummus and Middle Eastern sauces

\* Ability to work independently in a busy commercial kitchen

\* Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

\* Finnish Hygiene Passport or willingness to obtain one

\* Creativity, reliability and teamwork skills
