Are you an experienced MIG/TIG welder specializing in aluminum? Are you looking for a stable, full-time position in a growing sheet metal and manufacturing company where quality craftsmanship is valued?
We are looking for an experienced Aluminum Welder (MIG/TIG) for our client, located in Tampere, Finland. This is a full-time, long-term role with an immediate start!

What We Are Looking For:
Solid Aluminum MIG/TIG Welding Expertise: You can handle both MIG and TIG welding techniques on aluminum independently and with high accuracy.
Turnkey Professionalism: You are ready to hit the shop floor running from day one without requiring basic training or onboarding.
Shift Work Readiness: Full-time hours (40 hours/week) in 2-shift rotation (morning and evening shifts).
Language Skills: Finnish or English
Location: Tampere, Finland
Work Hours: 40 hours/week (2-shift: morning/evening)
Pay Rate: €16.00 – €20.00 / hour + shift differentials
