Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Indian Cuisine Chef who specializes in traditional and modern Indian culinary arts. You will play a key role in designing, preparing, and presenting dishes that combine rich Indian flavors with a refined, modern bistro presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute authentic Indian recipes, including curry dishes, tandoori/grill specialties, street food concepts, and fusion options tailored for our bistro context.
• Maintain high standards of food plating, visual presentation, and flavor consistency.
• Oversee ingredient prep, spice blending, and kitchen workstation organization.
• Ensure strict adherence to kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to integrate seasonal specials and menu innovations.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef or Cook in a fast-paced kitchen or bistro environment.
• Deep knowledge of traditional Indian spices, cooking techniques, and regional flavor profiles.
• Strong artistic sense for food presentation and aesthetic plating.
• Ability to work well under pressure during peak service hours.
• Solid communication and teamwork skills.
