JOB OPPORTUNITY – SNOW REMOVAL WORKERS

MAK Group Oy | Winter Season 2026–2027

MAK Group Oy is looking for motivated and reliable self-employed workers for occasional snow removal jobs in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area (Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa) during the winter season 2026–2027.

Job Description

This is flexible, on-call work. You can accept shifts based on your own availability and schedule whenever snowfall requires snow removal services.

Your duties will include:

• Manual snow removal from stairways, entrances and common access areas
• Clearing snow from building entrances and walkways
• Snow removal from rooftops

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Good Finnish language skills
• A flexible attitude and a strong work ethic
• The ability to work when weather conditions require it
• Initiative, reliability and a responsible attitude

The Following Are Considered an Advantage

• Previous experience in manual snow removal
• Experience in rooftop snow removal
• Access to your own car
• A valid driving licence

Employment Terms

You will work as a self-employed contractor (light entrepreneur / kevytyrittäjä).

Through our cooperation partner, you will have access to an affordable light entrepreneurship service that includes insurance coverage, making invoicing and insurance arrangements simple and convenient.

Payment: Hourly rate depending on your experience and the type of work performed.

Work location: Helsinki Metropolitan Area

Employment period: Winter season 2026–2027

Working hours: Flexible, on-call shifts depending on snowfall and weather conditions.
