About the Role
The Manager, Cloud Infrastructure Engineering leads the team that runs the cloud infrastructure behind Camunda’s SaaS offering. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has built and run Kubernetes-based, multi-cloud infrastructure at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and grow the team running Camunda's SaaS cloud infrastructure.
- Guide the design and evolution of Kubernetes-based, multi-cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with security and product engineering to ensure safe and efficient shipping.
- Define how the team uses AI for ops analysis, automation, and incident response.
- Balance operational stability with longer-term investments in multi-cloud expansion.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience leading engineers in a SaaS infrastructure domain.
- Strong technical background in Platform Engineering, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure.
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments.
- Experience working across major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Clear thinking about AI integration in infrastructure engineering workflows.
